In this workshop you will learn how to mark your quilt top and sandwich the three layers (top, wadding and backing) together. We will also discuss hoops, threads, needles, thimbles, tension of fabric, etc. Ann will be demonstrating the ‘rocking’ method and show you how to start and finish a thread. You will then start practising on your sample piece. This workshop is the time to ask any questions—big or small—to enable you to fully embrace this age-old craft.
